Scream Utility 3.0 Released for Production Use
May 10th, 2022– Picton, ON – Screaming Power is excited to introduce to the Utility industry “Scream Utility 3.0”, an enhancement of our proven Utility Customer Engagement and monitoring Toolset for Android and iOS smartphones. Scream Utility 3.0 is the culmination of a year-long effort to retool our technology for the future. Version 3.0 maintains our focus on cost-saving features and brings many enhancements through our completely re-architected front-end framework. Scream Utility now delivers a more flexible features providing bills, meters, Utility information, GHG calculations, 2-way support, outage management and more. Now at reduced time to market and minimized overall cost of ownership using our cooperative development approach.
This new infrastructure is part of our strategy to provide Utilities with independent, flexible tools that are easily integrated, cost effective and more secure so Utilities can take advantage of energy data digitalization in a more comprehensive and strategic way. We have already rolled out our 3.0 mobile app version into production and this summer we will release our 3.X versions that will include an optional integrated web portal to create a single experience for web and mobile customers, as well as management and sharing of information through our green button ( third party integration) toolset.
